MIMOR Animated Promo Videos
The Project
We were approached by MIMOR to produce a promo video for their website. They wanted to showcase their latest product, a modern digital platform that provides a convenient solution for building communications.
The Process
One of the first things we do with the a new client is conduct a workshop with them, this provides us the opportunity to get a better understanding of their product, brand identity, target audience and desired outcomes.
We came to the conclusion that while a single website video covering all of the platforms service offerings would be useful, due to the overall length it wouldn’t be appropriate for social media use.
The solution? We proposed a series of short animated videos that would focus on specific functions of the platform. These would then be released strategically across different channels providing increased longevity of the content and greater control over audience targeting.
Based on their existing brand guidelines we developed a design language for the animations, icons and general video layouts. This helped ensure all videos had a consistent look and feel that embodied the brand identity.
The Outcome
Armed with a library of content MIMOR, through a mixture of paid and unpaid posts to social media, was able to engage and connect with a much larger audience. The short videos showcasing a specific function of the platform reduced viewers from being overwhelmed & bored, they kept the message brief and on point.
This all resulted in greater brand awareness and increased lead generation.
We are now currently working on the next suite of video content that will focus on creating “How to” training videos teaching existing customers how to get the most from the platform.
