Toyota SRO Dealership Project
The Project
Toyota’s Southern Region Office, through Solution Entertainment, engaged Diprose Media to set about creating both photography and video content for all the dealerships in their network. The Project was to take 8 weeks, with 64 dealerships in total across Victoria, Tasmania and 2 in southern NSW.
The Process
To begin this mammoth task, we first had to work with Solution Entertainment and the Dealer Network to lock in dates to shoot in specific regions and their corresponding dealerships. The plan put in place was to shoot 2 per day. We first started by filming a flagship dealership in Melbourne to work out the on-site processes and system for capturing all relevant content. Once this was done we had a plan in place for the rest of the project. From here we set about working with and capturing all remaining sites. The last piece of the process was providing a catalogue of Photos and RAW Footage along with an interview with the Dealer Principal. These were edited and uploaded at the end of each day.
The Outcome
After 11 weeks on the road, we completed the shoots with the available Toyota dealerships. Along the way there was some rescheduling and a few changes in what was captured and how. This also extended to some dealerships wanting some specific content captured that broke from the initial brief but we were able to confidently and comfortably accommodate those requests and provide each Dealership and in turn Toyota’s Southern Region Office with all the content they needed. Client feedback from the project was extremely pleasing and showed the reliability and ease we provide in working with us on both small and large scale projects. All in all a very good outcome and a fantastic project to be involved in.
